I would think so, if people tell them what is out there they could probably imagine it, so they could see it.

People that weren't born blind dream as though they'd never stopped seeing. People that were born blind dream about what seeing must be like.

So if they ever did get to see, it would probably not be as cool as it was in their dreams.

Most blind people report that they do dream, its just not the same way we do. If they are born with sight and lose it, those people can dream about sights, and often do. But those who are born blind often dream about sounds and inner feelings and thoughts.

of course they do, if they can hear they have same ablity in the thier mind as we do to imagine things. they dream every minute of their life because they can't see, so they have to make up images in their mind of what they think things look like with touch and hearing

if they were born blind they only hear sounds in their dreams, in other words: they have auditory dreams.
if they WEREN'T born blind, yes they can.
