Step off and give them both some space. Maybe there's something going on that they need to sort out on their own.

Stop going around their house and stay away - far away - from his wife. You could lose a good friend otherwise. If I had to spend time in their company I'd chat a lot about someone I fancied.

Limit your exposure to her and this situation as much as possible; she could be doing it to make her husband jealous, could be attracted to you, or could be jealous of her husband's friendship with you and by flirting with you trying to cause a rift in the relationship. Regardless of her motives, she is putting you in the middle of a no-win situation.
If you cannot limit your exposure, be polite but firm in not flirting with her and if she makes inappropriate, suggestive comments or jokes, or touches you tell her that you value your friendship with your friend, but her behavior is making you uncomfortable and you would appreciate it if she would not make such comments, jokes or touch you anymore.

Fall in love......u dont know what love can do ! it can pull down the moon to u,so true as said before love happens..i have met a couple in that situation,i mean getting married to ur best friend"s partner.
