table salt, baking soda and olive oil, YES I SAID OLIVE OIL.
mix 3 parts salt, 2 parts baking soda and 1 part oil and spread it over the back and rub VERY GENTLY.
rinse and cleanse with glycerin soap.
Tea Tree oil will kill bacteria and aid in the healing process but it will string if put it on inflamed skin.
NEVER scrub acne when it's reddened. You'll just cause further damage. Use a glycerin soap on the back every day to normalize your skin. If a week goes by and you see no diffference, try a commerical acne preparation ONLY (with a peroxide ingredient) on the acne itself not the entire back.

The Body Shop do a great product called Cocoa Body Scrub. It's great for removing body blemishes and dead skin. It's about £10 a tub but it's really great stuff!!

sorry, couldn't resist... is this a 'current event'? Wow, the times they are a'changing!
as to the question, never had a lot of luck. Start trying the different ones on the drug store shelf- and get small bottles in case they don't work... or try those sticky strips...

I love the products at Bath & Body,But a dermatologist recommended Neutrogena products for my daughter. You should check with your own dermatologist just to be sure what is best for your skin though,in case you have allergic reactions.
