Computer Memory Card Slot

Oh come on people......... The question was memory.... IN other words RAM. Why would RAM be under the keyborad???? Good God the answers some people give I swear....
RAM=random access memory and it is located inside your computer. Memory is installed as what is known as memory sticks or sticks of RAM. These are about 6 to 8 inches in length and about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in width. They have lots of little pins on one end, the end that goes into the slot or slots in your computer.
OPEN the case and LOOK around in there. You will notice the slot or slots towards the bottom right usually and they are almost always green. You will see what look like little tabs on the end of the slots in which these memory sticks are installed. IF you push down on these tabs you will release (free) the Ram stick from its slot. Nothing else in your computer looks like RAM. most of the other cards are bigger or wider than these and Also RAM is almost allways installed in pairs, meaning if your buying more RAM make sure to find out if you have to have 2 cards in order for the RAM to work sufficiantly in your computer. IF you need further advice or help on this question please contact me via e-mail I have a link on my profile here.
Good luck

the hard drive is a huge easily noticeable thing
but if u r asking abt the usb port, it's usually found on the front
but in some old CPUs, they are located at the back, there may be as many as 2 to 10.
some are used for vital hardware on ur PC, like the keyboard and mouse

Inside, underneath or under the keyboard. It all depends on if you have a laptop computer or a desktop computer. Check your manufacturer's website for details on how to upgrade components.
