No. not all the traiats are visible or we may say that
the genes of all the traits don't express themselves.
......the reason is that some people may do carrier of a particular trait but the symptoms donot develop because of the
dominant-recessive relationship of the allleles of the genes.
.....secondly if you talk generally then, only the phenotype
of an individual is visible which may be----eye colour, hair colour,
complexion of face,sex etc.
.....but traits like intelligence, blood groups and some internal disorders are invisible.
we can learn only the genotype of such traits.

No. You can inherit many visible traits from family members such as; large nose, small feet, unusual fingers, white streak in hair, etc.
But you can also inherit internal, mental, sociological traits such as; chronic illnesses, certain types of cancer, diabetes, depression, great or bad vision, etc.
The best way to find out was traits you may have inherited is to ask your family, your family history. Notice things about your parents that you have similarities to. Find out any illnesses or overbearing traits that anyone in your family may have had. If you see a repeating trend, then this certain trait my have been passed to you. Or then again may have not.

There have been some good answers, but no one has talked about penetrance. Penetrance means that even if you have a heritable gene that should show a phenotype, for one reason or another you don't express that phenotype. If the trait you have inherited has low penetrance, then you may not show it.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/dwJzV
Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.
Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased appetite
Fatigue
Blurred vision
Slow-healing infections
Impotence in men
If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

What are supposed to be visible is decided when u are still a small cell. Outside factor might unlock certain traits. Most of what should be is the dominance(issit spelt this way? I dunno) traits. Gene is a collective of traits from all your past generation. And most of it is rubbish that won't appear.

No. Inherited just means passed on genetically; it could be something totally non-visible like, how you metabolize cholesterol, or how well you can see color.
