Why is it that Black Latinos are barely in LAtin American Media? Especially in Brazil where the population is 188 million and 79 million Blacks live thier. On on Latin American Movies and televison the Black people always play the maids, prostitutes, and bad guys.

That's probably because latin media is racist. Watch a novela, the rich, beautiful people are always more white. They are served by a maid who is usually dark.

My friend, what Brazilian movie have you watched recently? Have you watched City of Good? First, you can't say that 79 million Brazilians are black, 79 Brazilians are self-declared black or mestizo. The blacks are no more than 20% of the population. Now, the true reality is that there is almost no blacks in Brazilian in middle class, what can we do about it? Should we put them artificially in our soap operas and films as if they are business men of success? Black Brazilians are racists against themselves, when they become famous they almost always marry a blond girls, yes beeing white is not good enough, you have to be blond if you want to marry a famous black Brazilian.

blacks are always the lowest of everything and are at the bottom of the food chain. just being the darker of anything is a curse.
