Their faces dropping. That is caused by gravity. Weightlifting makes the muscles tighten up so the face does not drop so badly.
For men, stress cuts off the blood to the brain, so we loose hair. I am 54 and have ALL of my hair. I have a friend who is 83 and has all of his hair.

What is our secret? We are BOTH weighlifters.

What should EVERYONE dread? Sarcopenia. Look it up.
Everyone is affected by it.
Only weighlifting is the cure for it.
