I have a windows 98 hp and it came with an ether card. recently i was using it with dialup then i got highspeed cable internet so i purchased a highspeed hook up cord and it says when i click on internet explorer that the page can not be displayed.

Unfortunatly to assist you with this one we would need a *myriad* of details. If you contact your new ISP over the phone they should be able to walk you through the setup step by step and give you any software/settings/etc that you need to get you up and running.

did you install a cable modem and change your network connection to a broadband, cable, dsl connection.......go to the internet connection wizard! hope this helps!
