Hey,
I have already downloaded songs on to my computer, but iam having promblems downloading them on to my ipod shuffle,
i have click on the songs in my file
pressed "send to" and then "ipod"
it said it went though, but when i press play on the ipod shuffle nothing happends, no music nothing
can anyone help please???????

you need to format the shuffle, right click the icon in 'my computer' select 'format' FAT ignore 'Quick format' then virus scan all your songs,open the music file, 'select all' then move or copy to the iPod shuffle..
