How do you persuade, pressure, force people to do your bidding?

it depends on the specific people you are dealing with. I have 2 children. The older child I get best results if I bark at her (come here NOW!) while the little one so totally does not respond to that (she prefers Come on honey, come to mommy, you can do it).

I find that in general, though, people very often get what they expect and I find that intentioning and visualizing people as I would like to see them works quite well, up to a point. I mean, when my husband gets on my nerves I try to remind myself that he is wonderful and helpful and I try to see him in my mind as such. After a little while he is much less annoying and much more helpful - because I am looking for that, focusing on that, expecting that. By the same token if I expect my landlord to be a jerk, he is - and if I visualize him friendly and helpful, he is.

It's fascinating and easy to check it out for yourself. Try it for a weekk with someone in your life. Sit quietly for 3-5 minutes and try to get a real sharp picture of that person in your mind. See them happy and smiling and nodding cooperatively. Feel how good it feels to have them cooperate and thank them and hear them say to you "you are welcome - I am happy to help". You might also envision your own self, happy, content and at peace - and maybe next to this other person, the 2 of you shaking hands maybe. Do this a couple times a day (I try to do it at bed time and when I awake) - the more vividly you can see and feel the new way, the faster it will happen.

Peace!

You can't control people, so there's not a 100% guarantee any of those will work.
Persuasion and intimidation? Persuasion - argue the good points another person would value or provide an incentive in the form of a reward. Intimidate - threaten with an unwanted action for failure to comply.
What about compromise? With compromise, everyone wins because everyone included gets something they want. Try this instead. The others, especially intimidation, might blow up in your face.

"taffy" said it... I can move worlds just by puppy dog eyes. I even get through all airport security checks with ease simply by the innocent look I give.

My friends are at awe over how I get people to do what I want. I have to admit that I don't really understand it either. People, especially MEN seem to just give in around me.

Choose your words when you command. For example, instead of saying "Would you go to my party tonight?" you can say "you should come to my party tonight." There's a study on this, I just couldn't remember what exact science. But it's pretty simple.

Are you trying to force a girl to have sex with you? If you are, then don't even try.

If you're not, you still shouldn't try. That's stupid.

How would you feel if I forced you to kill yourself?
