i need a good antivirus ...but i downt want it 2 slow down my PC
like NortoN or McAfee ( the stufff like that u download and they turn ur computer into a slowsnail .)
any recommendations ??? Thnx

Go to www.download.com. It is a sister site of CNET, the best website for electronics, software, PC's, and advice on the planet. Type in AVAST ANTIVIRUS. It is the best antivirus software ever. It is also free for a year and I have been using for 3 years. It was so great the first year that I buy it every year. It updates daily and it gets great CNET reviews too. I also use Zone Alarm firewall, also free, and ADAWARE for spyware/adware/malware. Also free. All are better than their competitors and since I hate Norton and Mcafee because they are so darn commercial and do nothing at all for your PC, these are the best alternative out there.
