I think they should be getting double or triple the time in prison and if they do it again after they get out, they should have to do ten times that amount so if they ever get out again they will be to old to even get it up and walking with a walker.

sadly their is and while I'm into forgiving and people getting a second chance i don't believe there should be any 2nd chance with sex offenders regarding peoples safety you cant take the risk now a second chance in society yes maybe they can still have a productive life and give back to the community but not wheres there's danger of re offending no way, and i don't think they can be cured because that's saying its a disease that cant be helped and i believe there getting the blame taken of them.

Usually people that commit these crimes can't be cured. Something has happened to them at a young age. Can't teach an old dog new tricks, kind of thing. This type of felony conviction will be with them forever as sex offender. Register every new place you go. And as far as a cure? That hasn't happened yet. They are really screwed up in the head. Maybe, if they had counseling when they were young, it would have helped.

Yes there are and as far as I'm concerned they should be executed just like the offenders.
As for the rest of your question, I can not explain why they should be given a second chance and I know of no cures other than execution.

Eh, I wouldn't let them have a second chance. There are repeat offenders, and I feel that anyone convicted has the potential to do it over and over, so therefore I feel that they should not be allowed back into society without a short leash.
Now, when it comes to curing what ails them, there're hardly any techniques available that work; the only one I can think of are hypnotists. I believe therapeutic hypnosis may be able to rid them of this innate mindset. Other than that, I'm not sure what else they can do.

without comparing the sentences for intercourse crimes to those for different categories of crime, the undertaking is regarding the undeniable fact that we gained't consistently make sure who will re-offend and who won't. The case you cite with regard to the lady who grew to become up after being abducted 18 years in the past is unusual. in the different occasion, the undeniable fact which you comprehend the guy is a intercourse criminal potential others can besides, and you are able to tell others approximately it. we don't could desire to lock him up for flirting with females. you probably did no longer say how previous those females have been, and how previous he's. on an analogous time as the recidivism value is larger than general for intercourse offenders, no longer each and every criminal re-offends. could desire to we deliver each and every criminal to penal complex for all times on the prospect they could re-offend? i'm no longer happy with intercourse offenders the two. Their previous habit and ability destiny habit isn't ordinary at appropriate. and you will possibly be disgusted and angered by utilising it. that doesn't advise a miles-achieving and unpractical answer could desire to be sought. the government does in certainty have faith intercourse abuse is a vast deal. seem at different rules that have been surpassed basically interior the previous 5 years on my own concerning intercourse offenders.

There obviously liberal idiots who think so, but the fact is, they are not sick ( in any medical sense ), there is no "cure" and given the chance 100% WILL re-offend, f**k government stats.

I agree... But I feel that they should be *allowed* to serve out their term in the general population of the prison.
