I recieved a note in the mail saying that my license will be suspended on January 2nd. It will be suspended because I have 12 points in a one year time frame. Can I still take the class that takes points away, before the 2nd, and have my license not get suspended??

Take the class anyway. If you lost 12 points in 1 year, you need to learn a bit more about driving.

You should take the class and get the points. I don't know if it will keep you from being suspended. It is always a good idea anyway.

Wow you sound like seriously bad driver and maybe you ought to think about letting your license be suspended. You do need to take any and every driving course available if you got that many points in one year. I have been driving for 15 years and don't have that many. Stay off the road!!!

It depends on the state, but yes, you probably can take the class or otherwise do something about the suspension. (It sounds like you might need the class!)
Call the clerk at the license office (the number should be on what they sent you in the mail), and ask what your options are. She will tell you what is approved in your state.

I don't know friend, But what you can do is join the New Peoples Liberation Army and and let your views be known in the benifit of others.
