people to achieve something in their careers, but these are skills and attitude, I would express my disagreement on this questions in referring to the USA case. Namely, as many people stated -at the workplace companies tend to choose their staff in terms of race representation equality (all races should be represented in equal proportions), and as I guess the initiators of such a policy are white-skin people, not black skin. Am I right? Secondly, if you watch popular nowadays music clips by American singers, you would notice that white-skin singers invite background crowd scene actors of both white skin and black skin colour. But if you watch a music clip by black skin singers than you might see either 100% black crowd scene actors, or sometimes it could be some 10 %, or you could see white children with low-spirited faces, as if they have been raped before the music clips shooting. And I personally feel sorry for those children. What do you think about all that I have written?

I wand to be more precise:either 100% black crowd scene actors, or sometimes it could be only some 10 % of white crowd scene actors, the rest 90 % - black actors.

I think that such a stupid strategy is doom for the corporation that employees it, especially if its rigorously applied.

You hope that people mostly look at the candidates more objectively. Still I know there are programs which are supposed to be "temporary".

Truth is, if you judge people fairly, you will end up in many cases getting quite a diverse workforce. That's good. Diverse fair work places and nice ways to work.
