Depends!! what connection do you have??
buying bandwidth if you have a dial up is worthless
You need to post more infos.
What type of connection do you have?
Did your connection slow down?
If you have DSL or Cable and the speed of your browsing reduced I will scan for spywares & viruses.
A nice program called tweakmaster pro can enhance
the speed of your browsing as well. It works with dial up cable & modem.
Buying bandwidth should be your last solution.
Email me if you have more issues.
Joe.

If you're on dial-up, there's nothing that you can do.
If you're on broadband, you'll have to contact your ISP and see if they offer any faster connections.
DSL is limited by the wire distance to the Central Office but the ISP can control connection speed and limit it to anything less than the distance-related maximum.
Cable modem isn't limited by distance; the ISP has total control over your connection speed.

nothing you can do about the dial-up connection. it is what it is...
but you can make your PC run more efficiently by adding more RAM, regular defragmentation of the hard drive. disable all windows sounds and animated cursors. then I would disable any and all unnecessary services and programs that run at start up. they are just wasting system resources.
reboot your computer before you go online so all system resources will be available...
