When they hit puberty it can be as early as 11 or 12, for a girl, if she's old enough to get pregnant she should be a responsible adult, guys are a little different I would guess between 13 and 14, if you remember being younger you would have to agree with me that although we might not have made the best decisions, we were pretty much aware about everything at age 12 or 13. Back in the day, like bible times, girls had children as early as 11-14 and they were mature, responsible adults.

As soon as they can distinguish right from wrong and are no longer pressured into doing something because it's what their friends say. And when they can make decisions based on the needs of others and not just what they want and they can take responsibility for their actions. In other words they have reached a mature state. Everyone that I have ever met has always said that I was much more mature than the other kids my age. When I was thirteen my pastors gave me the job of Sunday school teacher for the young kids (infancy - 12 almost 13) because no one else in the church had the knowledge and the maturity to teach them. At one point I had 15 students and I was alone. My pastors gave me that position because they trusted me to be mature enough to handle it. I don't believe that anyone is completely mature no matter how old they are. Humans are always learning and maturing in different ways and learning lessons that we once thought that we had already learned. So we are always maturing and always developing.

Definitely not when most tickets do! I mean come on, an adult ticket starts when you're twelve? But anyway, back to the question. I think you're an adult at eighteen. That's when all the adult things happen, like smoking is legal (and still a bad choice) and you can manage your own schooling if you're still in school, etc. Now that I've convinced you, let's work on those tickets!!!

Depends what country they live in. 18 in most places. Personally I think if they haven't got any brains by the time they are 16 then there ain't a lot of hope!

When they realize the value of their parents knowledge and start acting like adults and dont think their parents are stupid just cuz they are adults and/or their parents

they start to look like adults at about 21 but some never stop acting like kids
