It is not impossible. The problem is that if you are not having periods, you don't know if you are ovulating or not. Best course of action would be to get into a doctor, as he or she could tell you if there is some type of medical problem that is causing you to not have periods, and whether you are ovulating or not.

I don't think so. You have to ovulate in order to conceive. Your period is shedding that waste.
