Smiley central is spyware. I don't think your Dad will find it amusing when you install it and he will notice it as smiley central adds registry entries to all user accounts.

well smiley central will only appear on whatever account u download it on to, so if ur dad has a different account than u then he probably won't see it unless he logs into ur account for some reason or other.

It might not show up in the programs under his account, but it is on the computer. If he look where it is, he will see it.
