i need help with pairing my bluetooth dongle with my pc?

i have a bluetooth dongle and the bluesoleil software came with it version 1.6 and i am using win xp pro service pack 2 i am unable to use the software cos as it starts it goes to not responding plzzz help me

just try to download the latest software from www.bluesoleil.com i think its 2.3 version now. and before u install the latest version just uninstall the older version and remove the dongle. after installing the latest software restart the system then connect the dongle. previously i faced the same problem. after installing latest version its rectified.
