Clean it first, and then wipe it down with some good old-fashioned shaving cream (not gel). You'll have to buff it so that it doesn't leave smeared shaving cream everywhere, but it really does work!

If you slice a potato in half and use the ends like you're washing the mirror the oils from the mirror will make the steam unable to stick.

Rub a potato on it.

The cheapest way is to leave a window open just a bit or turn on the fan, if you have one. You can also buy products that keep the steam off - for a while.

Someone once told me a lighting a candle works?? I leave the bathroom door open so as to not trap the steam.
And then there is just using the blow dryer after your shower, but that was not your question.

spray some hot water over the surface first to keep the mirror warm itself and any steam thatb hits the surface does not stay there but is evaporaTED AS WELL COS MIRROR IS WARMER THEN BATH STEAM

Get the bathroom really hot. Or heat up the mirror.

I don't bother at home, but when I'm in a hotel bathroom, I always heat up/dry out the mirror with the hairdryer.

You can buy heated mirrors too.

you can try using a spray thats stops steam from condensing on it. same kinda stuff that the bikesrs use to stop their helmets steaming up. or you can buy a mirror that heats up to stop it forming like the rear window in your car

Wipe it over with a thin film of washing up liquid after you lean it next time. You will find the effect lasts for weeks.

Use cooler water or if you have one of those fans in your bathroom, you should try turning that on before you get in the shower. Good luck!
