I have really small wrists and find that most bracelets and bangles are too big. I would like a cuff (a Shirley Bassey type but a million times cheaper!) but don't know where to look because of my small wrist. My wrists measure about 15cm. Should i just give up?!

Try Claire's or Forever 21. They carry hot jewelries in reasonable prices.

They have these places called "jewelry stores" that can make you stuff, no matter what size your various bits are. You can usually specify cheapass jewels if money is a concern. But if it is, you should wait until you can afford something nice. Cheap LOOKS cheap.
