i have no idea, you were with her along time.......maybe your just wondering how shes getting on, that she ok, i think when someone in your life that long, you dont just stop caring about them even thro you dont love her anymore, dont really know the details of why you split up or how long you been apart, it just takes abit of adjusting, i think when you see she getting on with her life and just fine, you'll feel happy enough to get on with things for yourself

I suspect that you have created a fantasy about how perfect she was and how wonderful life would have been if you were still together. You have then become obsessed with keeping the fantasy going. Look at yourself in the mirror and see how much you have changed in the last 9 years - she will have done the same. Now go out and find yourself someone real to have a relationship with.

You still love her though you think that you doon't but deep inside you still do... Forgetting someone you really love is the hardest thing you could ever do in a relationship... If you can't forget then you can't force yourself to forget... Just wait...

nine years is a long time to be in a relationship. its impossible for you to just forget her as you have shared a large chunk of your life with her. you may be thinking of her a lot today, tomorrow and next week but eventually you will think of her less and less until one morning you'll wake up, go about your daily routine and wont think about her at all. it will take time but instead of staying in moping about get out with friends and meet new people, or join a course your interested in.
good luck!

Did you ever get "closure" on the relationship? I think that has a lot to do with how well you recover from an ended relationship regardless of who did the ending.

well it will take time to get over her. best thing to do is keep busy and get out with your mates. dont reflect on it as there is nothign you can do now. time to suck it up and move on as she has

its not surprising.

You were used to her.. songs, tv programmes and other trivial things in life will remind you of her...
