On the show House, the main character is generally portrayed as not having much money. Is a reason ever given for this?

Thats a good question. I always wondered that too. He's always bumming off Wilson.

He has plenty of money, he just likes to steal Wilson's food because he doesn't like to make his own. And as far as his clothes, that is just what suits his personality. He is incredibly sexy.

I thought he had a decent amount of money, he doenst seem poor to me
