I pumped 3 bottles of breast milk at work on Friday, which I kept in a soft sided cooler with an ice pack. I forgot to put it in the refidgerator that night and it sat in the cooler until Saturdy morning. The ice pack was cool, but not cold or frozen. Is the milk ok to give to my baby?

The following are some general breast milk storage guidelines:

At room temperature (less than 77°F) for 4 to 8 hours
At the back of a refrigerator for 3 to 8 days
At the back of a freezer for up to 3 months

Hope this helps! Happy Holidays.

there are strange and wonderful women chemicals in there

it lasts forever, especially the dried powdered form

if its in the fridge at work, somebody's gonna put it in their coffee and then fall madly in love with you for no apparent reason
