Simple, open Internet Explorer and then:
1) Click the VIEW menu
2) Click TEXT SIZE
3) Choose the size you want your text to be and click OK.

On the top of your webpge, you should see the menu bar. This has categories such as File, Edit, View, Favorites, etc. Click on View. In your drop-down menu, you should see text size. Click on Text Size. Another menu appears to the side, giving you different sizes for text. The default is medium. Choose the size best for you!

on the status bar at the bottom there is a zoom button (looks like a magnifying glass with a plus sign); click on it repeatedly to change text size; the menu arrow provides further options.

Click where it says Page on the upper right hand side of your window.
