Just be aware that if the drive is greater than 512MB such as 1GB you will only be able to store 512MB in any one folder. You can still store more that 512MB, but each folder size will have a max limit of 512MB on it. This was the problem I ran into on my flashdrive and I had to format it as FAT32. But if you want to know:

1. Insert the drive into a USB jack on your computer
2. You'll need the driveletter which is normally E:
3. Click on START
4. Click on RUN
5. Type:

cmd.exe

6. Click OK or press Enter
7. In the black window type FORMAT E: /FS:FAT16

That should do it. If you want to go back to FAT32 use "FAT32" as the option.

I was the shorter, plumper girl. I'd been about 190, 200, most of my adult life. And I met my goal, ten weeks ahead of schedule. And feeling empowered, I decided to drop even lower. I never imagined that I would be 125 pounds, and go from a size 18 to a size 2.

Get a toned body by doing the following:
• Maintain a healthy diet – more protein, less fat and sugar. No alcohol.
• Daily walks – walking for at least 30 minutes every day does wonders for your metabolism and your goal for a toned body.
• Drink water – as much as possible, not only to tone body, but to keep the kidneys and digestive system working properly.
• Exercise – at a gym, in a park, at home, or wherever you choose. Equipment and location is not as important as the regular routine you follow to tone your body.
• Stretching – essential for flexibility and coordination. Runners and sports figures know the value of stretching or warming up before exercising. It can help you too get a toned body.
Other suggestions to get a toned body include taking yoga classes, kickboxing, rowing, and swimming...

Don't eat second helpings, leave off the sweets, and cut back on your carbohydrates. That is, leave off your potatoes and cut way back on bread. Get plenty of exercise. Try not to snack unless it is fruits and vegetables. Leave off your unhealthy snack especially at night before bedtime.
