It seems that in some circles it has now become “politically correct” to be against the war. Of course this attitude disregards the many years of attacks on America by these extreme Islamic terrorists. More than 15 years in the modern era and as a 1,000 plus years of killing those “not of the faith.”

The war segment in Iraq has changed since its inception. The primary goal of eliminating Weapons of Mass Destruction (which evidence has been discovered of their existence), and getting rid of an evil dictator and freeing the Iraqi people, has all been accomplished.

Now the war has changed with three different cultures in Iraq involved with killing each other. Two of those cultures are differing sects of the same religion and they hate each other. Add to this that other terrorist organizations from outside of Iraq are joining one side or the other of these two sects and are adding to the killing. Then add to that certain nation states (such as Iran) are also supporting one side or the other to continue and exacerbate the killing, and it is obvious that this war has changed into something beyond America’s intent to assist a people to gain individual freedom.

As much as President Bush haters have claimed that this is a war about oil, it isn’t. Prior to the war, during the war, and any projection beyond the end of the war, oil from Iraq doesn’t come to America. Other claims that try to make the American forces as being evil and civilian killing machines, have lost any realistic perspective. If America wanted to do so, they could step up aggressive activities to real savage levels, and yet the America forces try to minimize negative impact on the civilians. Whiners seem to forget that America wanted to do so, it could end this virtually over night.

It may be time to make the statement that Americas has gained its goals and simply withdraw. This will be too bad for the civilians because the terrorists will take over and enslave the populace. For example, the lives of women will return to being a slave that cannot open their mouths.

No matter what America does in terms of with drawing, it should develop home energy sources and drop all use of foreign energy. America has plenty of energy to use only currently know energies sources and not have to go outside the borders for at least 200 years (some say 500 years).

At the same time America will have to make it very clear that any attack on American interests will see a nuclear response which will change the foreign base to glass.

There was an attempt here to equate America’s current situation in Iraq with the American situation in Japan at the end of World War II. They are not at all similar.

Although World War II was hard fought and often bitter, at the end Japan accepted the surrender in an honorable manner. They did sign the surrender and then break their word and continue to fight. Not so in Iraq where there is no equivalent of honor. In Iraq (or wherever the terrorists strike, honor doesn’t apply and the killing of noncombatant civilians (women and children) is of high priority. Just imagine, is of their highest desire to die killing women and children, even their own people.

I guess the US and Britain are fighting for "democracy". This is why an investigation in Britain about bribery, involving British government officials and Saudi Diplomats, was called off, in order to maintain "good relationship" with Saudi Arabia. You know... "democracy"...
