If your headers and footers are custom, you can do the follow steps.
Copy the header from your source worksheet, select all worksheets (press on the Ctrl, click on the worksheets). Click View, Header and Footer, Click Custom and paste what you have copied earlier. Do the same for the Footer.

Copy your headers and footers to a notepad.
Select all your spreadsheet tab and set up your headers and footers at the same time.
To setup your headers and footers, just go to menu "View=>Headers and Footers".
Paste your headers and footers from the notepad or type in new headers and footers.
