We have a very negative familly guardian.Now my mother got a chance,as my kid has been taken away from me as they think I am mentally ill,to take care and raise him,the judge said so.
Now this woman familly guardian said to my mom she even doubts her.She is a ***** and unhuman,creates only problems for us.We want to change her into another but do not know really how to convince the manager of Youth Office.She also doesnt stick up to the dates that the judge gave her to arrange meetings in our house with my son and she doubts if this is a good idea.Of course it is because we need this chance to let proove ourself that we are good raisers of my son!!Help!!

Speak to the case worker and share your concerns about the missed visits. That should be your main focus as to why you would like to change guardianship (especially if the visits were court ordered and missed regularly). There is no guarantee that they will change the guardianship basied on that but it is definatley a legitamte concern.

Waitees... Everyone gets a chance, if u have a hubby, poison him into getting rid of the B I T C H mother and then u can rule it.. or another way is to poison ur kid into hating ur mother... ANYTHING can happen if u poison ppl... But u need to knw how to poison.. drag ur hubby into an affair n get him done, u can poison ur son in various ways.. thats easy... Good LUCK
