If you have hills around your neighborhood,running up them is and excellent way to strengthen your legs and increase your cardiovascular system. If not, stretch lots and do air squats! But if you don't want to do either of those running is always a fantastic way to strengthen your legs

try wall sits for times but also try kicking in midair like sitting on the edge of a chair and lift your legs up a kick it helps your legs a lot . but don't for get to stretch.
