Can someone explains to me what is it about? Like if a guy gets more female hormones does he act girly? And how are the hormones distributed?

The relative ratios of Testosterone and Estrogen (the popular Androgen and Oestrogen) decide characteristics like breast formation, hair, muscle mass etc. So, if the ratio is out of whack, then you get a hairy woman or a man with breasts.
