When I was younger we would open one the night before and the rest the Christmas morning.

everyone opens 1 present on xmas eve then in the morning we do the pickle tradtion were u hide the pickle ordament and who ever find it first if the person who gets to open the present first.
also last year we opened 1 present and it was a Xbox 360! it just came out then!
