As whole, people are evaluated on physical traits first (size/weight, height, skin color, eye color, teeth shape, breast, butt, etc...), then from there, people are evaluated based upon intelligence level, then on financial status, socioeconomic level, and then material wealth gained.

Emotionally people can be evaluated based upon their level of compassion towards others, ability to commit, ability to love-period.

Job-wise people are evaluated on how well they perform their job duties, the efficient rate of completion, ability to work with others, leadership and managerial abilities, etc...

Yes, valuations can be

Inside -
1. Are they a good person?
2. Honest
3. Add to my life
4. Don't hurt others
5. Honest - and truthful (again honesty is so important)
6. Good work ethic? or lazy
7. Carry his/her own weight? or expect parents and others to do for them
8. Have spiritual growth - or do they blame GOD for everything

Outside -
1. Pretty or Handsome
2. Clothes clean
3. Body - clean and hair clean
Ok - I'm out of things for the outside

Things
1. Do they have things and take care of them?
2. Do they value things more than people?
3. Do they use their car as a motor vehicle or as a "babe catcher"
4. Do they share?

GOD bless us one and all, always.
