guys is this real?
im into engineering and im thinking of going there in 3-4 years time
i've heard most of the universities there are fully funded by the government

need help guys!

The term "Free" is reletive. Some collegges and universities in the U.S. are considered free. They are public fundsed institutions that are open to citizens of the state or country. There may be fees associated with attendance and out of country, out of state students generally pay a tuition. The stae of California has a state university system and community colleges that are "free" to Californians in that there is no tuition for legal residents. There are however, fees.

I am sutdying currently in netherlands and i have visited to many university in germany as i was also curious to know the answer of the same question. The sutdy in germany is free but only in public universities that are owned by government not the private universitites and for getting admission in the university you should be good at german language as all the subjects are tought in german language. you should first take a one year language course

I don't think study is free in any country for students from another country. That wouldn't make much sense! You may be able to get a work/study program though that would help. These links may be helpful to you. Best of luck with your plans.

A college degree from Germany might not be accepted by some US employers since it is not an accredited college at least to US standards.
