fans vote players into the all-star game. Also they always get at least 2 guards, 2 forwards, and 1 center. Then the bench is decided by the next players who recived the most points no matter what position there in.

The All-Star team consists of 15 players from the East Coast and15 players from the West Coast.
The members are chosen by the fans.....
