I have a small website created for students & teachers.
This website is under construction.
But i have some troubles with him, because some friends of mine
told me that the website can not be accessed from outsite of Romania.
Please help! I need to know if I must change my webhosting provider!

It can be visited, if this is what you want to find out. The problem is with the space allocated on the server srv.ro and the low bandwidth. A ping test for meditatii.srv.ro repeated at different interval failed, returning less packets, while srv.ro had no problems (ping test was successful). You may want to chose another host and maybe a better plan.

Yes, it's visible but very slow.
If you want to test if something's visible from foreign countries, download the program "Tor" and manually choose the exit node.
To the poster above: Don't be ignorant. Lots of governments have blocked material from leaving the country, like China for instance.

Yes your website is available from other countries.
I have used some proxies to browse your website, and it seemed that your provider has a limited bandwidth. From Romania your website works just fine. But when i used proxies from Japan, China, or USA, your website was loading very slow.
I used FireFox, Internet Explorer and Opera to browse your website.

Of course if its on the world wide web its visible form everywhere. WORLD WIDE WEB not JUST AMERICA WIDE WEB or JUST EUROPE WIDE WEB.
