or even get into it? now, by no means is it the majority - but still. it seems like there are alot of guys out there stumbling into that now than as little as ten years ago.

I personally think you might be right. However, I think the reason is that men dont like to feel things. I mean, really emotionally feel things. They dont want to feel jealous or insecure. They grow up hiding their feelings, and they dont want to admit the risk involved with saying "hey, I dont want to share you with anyone". Also, some guys, who arent ready to settle down yet, are using it as an exuse to continue to "sew their oats". Be careful about those types of me. Actually be careful of them all!! I want my man to stand up and say "I want YOU and I dont want to share you. I have found the one I want to keep".

my ex wife cheated on me 9 months ago, i divorced her, and now we just got back together so i would have to say yes

I think they might be more resigned to the fact that it's actually happening or that it "might" happen; but that doesn't it mean they are cool with it.
