she has recently come off an emotional affair with a guy...she says it was nothing physical, however she claims she can no longer fit the wedding ring on her finger. She has not ask me to buy another one or mention anything about getting something less expensive to wear. I am tired of her excuses about not wearing it....

If she wanted to wear it she would get it resized. Be suspicious. I think she wants to let guys know she's available. And having an 'emotional affair' is no different from having a sexual affair. She chose to be involved with a man other than her husband. That's a violation of the vows she took. Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. I would recommend that you try to get her to go to marriage counseling. If she refuses, that's another indication , in my mind, that she's not invested in her marriage. I'm sorry for the situation you're in. I'm sure it hurts a great deal.

call her bluff. Get a cheap yet convincing Cubic Zirconia a length up... In a 'romantic' trend, take a knee and position it on her finger (so that you will see that it suits easily and she will be able to't BS out of it). See if she suddenly has an excuse for not wearing THAT ring. If she responds nicely, then she replaced into after a clean ring and also you may favor to make investments on some thing large. If she unearths excuses, you want to characteristic this up with your instinct and different tricks or clues that indiscretions are occuring.

You need to go to marriage counciling or something. Im sorry if the ring doesnt FIT, get it FIT. If I were married, the ring would only leave my finger to get cleaned then it'd be right back on.

If it isnt a physical affair its on its road to being one.

Take her to a jeweler and have the ring resized...this is inexpensive and will still provide you the opportunity to see if she wants to wear your ring. IF NOT...then...LATER.

She's not allowed to have "emotional affairs" with other men...I'd be out already. How long have you been married anyway?

IF YOU HAVE NO KIDS, DIVORCE HER, IF YOU DO, TRY TO WORK IT OUT....if doesn't work, its not worth living a life like that!!!! she is mentally disconnected form you...not wearing the ring is the proof!!!

Sounds like she's still emotionally disconnected from you. Are you in counseling? If not consider it.
