I’m not sure on what 2 hoses I’m supposed 2 disconnect and attach together!
What part/piece do I need 2 connect the 2 hoses?
I believe I should drain the radiator first, right?

attach the inlet to the outlet hoses together going to the heater core. if you go to the autopart store and tell them what you are doing they can give you the right piece

There are 2 Hoses that go through the firewall into the vehicle, one is for hot water in and the return line for that line back to the water pump. You don't need to drain the radiator to do this, but if the water is rusty and the coolant is old this is a good time to flush out the cooling system and add new coolant and top it off with water.
Most Hardware stores will have a copper U shaped part that will work to installing the line, Take a piece of the hose to the part store or hardware store to find the right size.
A little safety tip, let the motor cool before doing this and open the radiator cap before doing this, you can get a nasty burn if you get sprayed with the hot stuff.

Don't have to drain the radiator, just top it off when done.
There will be 2 hoses, on the passenger side of the firewall, going from the motor to the firewall. They should be about 1-2 inches round. disconnect the longer one from the firewall and the shorter one from the engine. Now connect that longer one to where you disconnected the shorter one from.
Now before when the hot water left the engine to circulate through the heater core and back to the engine, it will just circulate through the hose straight back into the engine. You will have NO heat in the cab, so I hope you live in a warm area. You AC will still work if it worked before, and you can run the fan to bring fresh air into the cab, just no heated air.

The 2 hose's entering the firewall are the hoses that feed your heater core. If you are in a warm climate then this should not be a problem. If your are in a cold climate then your window defrosters and the passenger cabin will not longer get heat. This is a short term fix. The passage of coolant through the heater core contributes to cooling your engine, with this bypassed you may experience a rise in operating temperature.

You should drain the radiator at least a little(A quart or so.) There two hoses going into the firewall, passenger side, disconnect both hose clamps, insert a tube(a piece of 1/2 inch conduit will work)into both ends of hoses, tighten clamps, refill radiator, you're done.

disconnect the 2 heater core hoses from the heater core and get a straight barb and 2 clamps and put those 2 hoses together with the barb in between and tighten.

a short piece of 3/4" pipe, 4" long, made of metal, 2 hose clamps.you shouldn't have to drain the radiator. you will spill a little bit, that's ok. make sure you rinse off the ground where it spills. dogs and cats will drink anti-freeze and get sick. hope this helps.

If it is not leaking you risk is limited to freezing or not being able to see out the windshield. The cost is probably about 500 after you replace the antifreeze and the labor.
