During that big fight at the Garden, how is "Melo" gonna talk noise, get in peoples faces then come around and sucker punch someone, and then RUN LIKE A CAT WITH HIS TAIL ON FIRE. Everything seemed to be calming down when Anthony decided he had to throw a sucker punch. Then he doesn't even have the guts to stand in and fight, but instead takes off on a dead run to the other side of the court.

I was one of the catalyst for the Carmelo bandwagon when everyone was on him about not having any street credit, I was like back off he is a good player and will get tougher. I cannot believe he did this though, that was a cowardly act and it wasn't even a punch, if you look at it it looked like he slapped the guy and then to run backwards like that and let little Nate Robinson make him flinch, come on now. He needed to do this to build his street creditability but did not do a good job, and since he went to Syracuse and he is from New York he probably had some of his people at the game and he had to go hood for them and put on a good show, he felt disrespected and wanted to do something and this was the perfect opportunity for it. Once Carmelo finds himself, he will be one of the greatest players in the NBA, even the greatest players have lost their cools before, Jordan, Dr. J, Isiah, Shaq, Barkley, Bird, Magic and the list goes on and on.

Carmelo is the man. A guy that went to Syracuse told me that he was rumored to have hooked up with 30+ girls, and that was at Christmas break. But on the court he is soft and when he plays the Celts Pierce dominates him.

The issue with all of those punks is their ego. Once faced with someone that will stand up to them they all do the same thing...run like a cat with their tails on fire ( great analogy BTW)
