Is it statuory rape if both people are under the age of consent?? Can the girl's parents sue the guy and his family??

Why can she sue him?? He is the same age. Why??

Recently in Utah, Yes both the male and female minors were charged with statuary rape making them both offenders and victims.
You can sue for anything you want but that does not mean you will get anything.
The boys parents can counter sue and the jury could rule your daughter was the instigator and you may have to pay everything you have and more.
