Hm. This is a hard question, because her books have such an amazing voice that I have not found in any other books.
The Song of the Lioness Quartet by Tamera Pierce are similar, they have a very strong heroine. Patricia C. Wrede's Mairelon the Magician and the sequel Magician's Ward are also good. Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones is a must! The Abhorsen Triology by Garth Nix is also amazing, Garth Nix's imagery never disappoints.
EDIT: I second the suggestion of Son of the Mob! I loved that book!
