Here we go again.

Well, no, but that's not all Clinton did. How are you suffering from such amnesia. He was the worst President in History. The fact that his own wife couldn't trust him is just the tip of the iceberg.

OK, so here we go yet again. It's time to pack away your partisan emotions for just a moment or two and pay attention to only the facts. Please, try and think clearly.

Having worked for Mr. Clinton I can tell you that the news media does this country and the entire world a great disservice and that he was responsible for getting the U.S. into several wars without even asking Congress. He was also directly and indirectly responsible for thousand of deaths. That having been said, look at Bosnia, Iraq, Yemen, and Somalia to name just a few. At least Mr. Bush asked Congress -- who by the way, based upon the facts presented, gave permission.
Please also try and think back and recall that this current war in Iraq is nothing more than a continuation of the first Gulf War. That one was ended with a U.N. sponsored Cease Fire Agreement. Do you recall all of the politcal wrangling and dialog/diplomacy prior to this war having begun? What was that all about? The possibility of WMD along with the 17 infractions of not sticking to the Cease Fire agreement? It SHOULD NOT have been the Job of the U.S. and coalition forces to force the upholding of that agreement. But you seem to quickly forget that the U.N. prooved itself corrupt and was taking bribes in the U.N. "Food For Oil" program. See, Patriot Fries VS French Fries being served in the Congressional cafeteria... Jog a memory or two? Didn't think it would. You're too blinded by your own interests -- however ill founded they may be.
So, is this war pointless? No. It's about oil. And you people all say that as if that word is dirty or something. Remember that Reagan reflagged all of those oil tankers back in the mid 80's due to their being fired upon as they passed through the Straight of Hormuze. When Saddam invaded Kuwait it was for two things. To gain a greater port access in the Gulf and to get Kuwait's oil. Now it seems, Iran and Syria are making similar plays. The difference being that while Saddam used a uniformed military to do it, these two countries are trying to subvert using terrorists and un uniformed militias. Should we try and negotiate with them, they will gain greater world power just as Hitler did when bargaining for the Sudatenland while negotiating with Britain's Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain. So, someone should please inform Mass.'s John Kerry and Florida's Bill Nelson, that acts of treason and sedition and attempting to negotiate with terrorists will not work. Both of these democrat representatives have found their way to Egypt where at least one spoke ill of the Bush Administration (and in a sense, the United States) and then into Syria for "Talks" with the Syrian governement.
So, to answer your question. I find your immature, uneducated and short sighted question offensive and misleading -- a lie if you will.

Of course, this is a leading question, and the way it is phrased makes it obvious that you are wanting people to say "no."

It also forces the answerer to first subscribe to the presumption that the Iraq war was completely pointless, before formulating an answer to the question.

I won't answer the question for you; I will simply say that asking such questions is completely pointless in itself, since you are not asking the question as a means of gaining any knowledge, or as a prelude to any serious, thoughtful discussion, for you have already made up your mind about it and you are simply asking this leading question in order to see how many people agree with you. And then inevitably give the thumbs-up to those who do, and the thumbs-down to those who don't.

Pointless exercise.

And what Chinagate was a good thing? Your reasoning and motives are screwed. The Iraqi war is legal. 10 years of violated sanctions, scandals and restricting/kicking out inspectors can't be wrong. Wake up and spread the word you ignorant Democrat. Quit tearing this country apart to further your political views and maybe adsorb some information on the real threats through books like the 9/11 Report! Your pretty smart (NOT!)...

If Clinton had been paying more attention, he'd have gotten Osama and that is a fact now.

Would that have stopped this war?
Probably...... 9-11 would not have happened more than likely and we'd never have been so fired up as a nation wanting to take out any and all terrorists before it happened again.

Monica has decided not to vote for Clintons party anymore.
She claims it has left a permanent 'bad taste' in her mouth.

OK Kelly, some of your questions are very funny! Of course you are being rhetorical, and the Republicans sure wanted people to think that. How else is it that he got impeached while Bush gets off scot free for lying to start a war? How many people died as a result of the Clinton BJ's?
