Does this open the door for a White Congressional Caucus? I didn't think so...that would be a racial thing,,,,I don't like this game.....................The BCC is a KLAN- like organization that meets in a PUBLIC building and get payed TAXPAYER money to try to come up with legislation that will give their people the upper ground on the playing field. And they call ME a racist!!!
