Road works on the M1, so it's restricted to 40mph this go's on for about 5 miles,,some times Ur sitting in it for ages so if the traffic is good about it should take about 45Min's if not sooner,,but be prepared for the road works..wave to me as Ur going passed Luton :-)

I used to be able to do it in just over an hour from Slough, but that was when the traffic was clear. I would allow for an hour to be on the safe side.
