The boss said I was disrepecting clients and employees.

You have the right to file for unemployment if you have been let go by your employer and have been employed with them for (I think) 3 months. However, your'e former employeer has the right to dispute your claim if they feel it is unjust.

You can draw unemployment as long as you didn't get fired.
