In which countries are these more familiar. whether a single country in the world has all these types of rail lines. Which is that country. Which gauge was introduced first when and where.

The first gauge or width of track was laid in the US where the train was invented. Presently the distance between tracks(gauge) is about 4 feet. We also have a very small gauge used at amusement parts, disneyland, about 12" We also had an experimental monorail ( on the ground) the "Limekiln railway" San Benito county California, which was no gauge because it was single track.Narrow gauge is less than 4 feet probably 36" Meter is the same as narrow and broad is what we use in the US. A few countries use both and have dual wheels on some engines and cars. Don't' forget subway cars with the 3rd rail, which they use for power. There is also the model rail gauges, They vary quite a bit!
