i am a bsnl broadband user with a 256kbps plan.I feel the usage limit of 400 is not enough.Now is there anyway i can use the broadband for free without the usage limit falling under my account.I mean something like hacking.....

can't do that from the Internet. it has to been done locally at the digital facility or from another node on a private network of the ISP. then somehow you would have to search through thousands of subscriber line profiles in all the DLAMs to find yours, then reset the counters using some basic TL1 comands before they get queried for the next billing cycle.

Don't use illegal means for anything . Check out if there is any night usage that comes free. Most connections have that- I think it is 2am to 8 am.
