So they can use ninjutsu and genjutsu and that they know which one there doing

The hand seals are important part of performing a jutsu. Performing hand seals are used to manipulate the chakra needed to perform that jutsu. If a series of hand seals had gone wrong, not performed correctly, or was not finished, the result would be the jutsu won't work perfectly, something wrong might happen, or the jutsu won't work at all.
The hand seals each symbolizes different animals in the zodiac.

they looks cool with hand sign. and thats the way where they can use ninjutsu and etc. it would be pointless if they dont use hand sign or u can say that would be totally boring without hand sign.

I think its because they need to control and direct their chakra. Also, this might be related to ancient Japanese history.

I thought it was like, i dunno how to say it without sounding stupid, but like, instructions to the chakra so that it knows what to do to make a certain jutsu.
