Please help - cookies question - driving me mad!?

I'm trying to design a calendar online using my own photos that the site will then print and post to me. Every time I try to upload something, it says I have to enable cookies first. I've followed all the instructions in my internet options and enabled all cookies - but am still getting the same message. Any suggestions gratefully received!

You can set your settings back to default.

Tools>Internet Options>Security>click on each zone and then click on default.
